Behind every Alpasión wine lies a story of dedication, knowledge, and a deep respect for the land. Ezequiel Manoni is the guiding force behind this journey, combining his expertise as an agronomist and winemaker with a unique sensitivity to interpreting what each vintage has to offer. Born into a family of grape growers, he grew up surrounded by vineyards and found in them a way to understand and express the landscape. He joined Alpasión in 2019, bringing with him experience, curiosity, and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to winemaking
Since then, Ezequiel has accompanied Alpasión’s growth at every stage. His attentive approach to the vineyard and his philosophy of winemaking were essential in navigating years of unprecedented challenges and achieving the estate’s first bottling in 2021. One year later, the vineyard received its organic certification, reaffirming a way of working grounded in care for the land and respect for its natural cycles. Today, every wine is born from a balance between nature, knowledge, and time: a pursuit of expressing the character of Los Chacayes and carrying a piece of this place in every bottle.
